Shipping Policy
VSB Jewels (hereinafter “Raabel”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”) owns and operates the website www.raabel.com (hereinafter “the Site” and “website”) which is engaged in the e-retail of silver jewellery. We urge you to carefully go through this “shipping policy and information” document, before purchasing a product on the website.
I. DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA
1. Currently, we offer delivery of products purchased on our website only within India.
2. Products are usually delivered through India Post or, where necessary, our private courier partners. Please check if your pin code is serviceable by India Post or our private courier partners on the product page and/or checkout page.
3. In the event that you place an order and it turns out that your pin code is not serviceable by India Post or our private courier partners, we will cancel the order and refund the order amount within 7 to 14 working days.
4. All products purchased as part of a single order can only be delivered to a single address. If you wish to have different products delivered to different addresses, you will not need to place a separate order for each product.
5. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
II. SHIPPING CHARGES
1. We offer free shipping on all orders.
2. Prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). A 3% GST will be applied on all product purchases at the time of placing the order.
III. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
1. Orders once placed will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
2. Please note that orders will not be processed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
3. Orders once dispatched cannot be redirected.
4. The status of your order will be regularly updated on your “My Account” page. You will also be intimated by email once your order is processed and dispatched.
5. Products should usually be delivered within 3 to 7 working days following dispatch. Delivery of products to remote locations may take longer.
6. If you have provided an incomplete and/or inaccurate address, or an address to which delivery is not possible (such as a P.O. Box address) we cannot guarantee delivery of the product/s purchased.
7. While every effort will be made by our courier partners to ensure your order reaches you within 3 to 7 working days, we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery of the product/s purchased, resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond our reasonable control.
8. When taking delivery, the recipient’s signature and I.D. proof will need to be produced. Upon delivery, if the packaging has been tampered with, or the product/s is broken or damaged, or the incorrect product/s has been delivered, your order will be subject to our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
