Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
VSB Jewels (hereinafter “Raabel”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”) owns and operates the website www.raabel.com (hereinafter “the website”) which is engaged in the e-retail of silver jewellery. We urge you to carefully go through this “returns, refunds and cancellation policy” document, before purchasing a product on the website.
I. INTRODUCTION
1. Please note that all products listed for sale on the website which are not eligible for a return, refund or cancellation cannot be exchanged under any circumstances whatsoever once purchased on the website.
2. At Raabel, it is our sincere endeavor to create quality products that will last you for years to come. All of our pieces are fashioned with a keen focus on design, craftsmanship and finish.
3. As part of the manufacturing process, a piece of jewellery goes through the hands of many skilled karigars (craftsmen) before it finally reaches you, our valued customer. Age-old techniques and setting by hand will not deliver identical pieces – identical pieces are the result of machine aided mass production. Natural stones and pearls may carry minor variations. Some stones may have natural inclusions and the colour of the stones may vary. Please accept these as unique features and a celebration of the handcrafting process.
4. Jewellery is delicate and precious, and we are meticulous in conducting a thorough quality check before we dispatch each and every one of our products to you, our valued customer.
II. RETURNS
1. Products once sold are eligible for return ONLY under the following two conditions:
- The wrong product has been sent to you; and/or
- Product is received in a broken or damaged condition.
In the event that one of the aforementioned conditions is satisfied, a return request must be placed within 72 hours of receiving the wrong/broken/damaged product. Return requests shall not be entertained after this 72 hour period has elapsed. Products must be returned unused, unworn and in a sellable condition along with the original packaging and tags.
2. In order to initiate a return of the products you have purchased online, kindly do the following:
- If you receive an incorrect/broken/damaged product, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at [email protected] along with the order number and a picture of the incorrect/broken/damaged product for us to process the return request.
- Our Quality Control Team will review the product in question. It is up to the discretion of our Quality Control Team to decide whether the product in question is approved for return or not.
- Once your return request is authorized, we will make arrangements with our courier partners for collection of the product. You will not be charged for this.
- The purchase price shall be refunded only after receiving the product in question with the original packaging and tags, in an unused, unworn and sellable condition.
3. Products WILL NOT be eligible for return on the following grounds:
- Minor design variations: Design variations are a valued and integral part of the handcrafting process. Even though no two pieces made by hand can be identical, our karigars constantly strive for perfection. Thus, return of products purchased on grounds of minor design variations when compared with the product images on the website will NOT be possible.
- Colour Variations: Hand-painted pieces, meenakari (enameling) and natural coloured stones sometimes come with a minor variation – it’s a charming characteristic of any natural stone/handmade piece. Thus, return of products purchased on grounds of colour variations when compared with the product images on the website will NOT be possible.
- Sizing issues: We provide sizing information on our website for each product. We provide pictures of someone modelling each and every product so that you can appreciate how a product looks when worn. Please review the product size information carefully before making your purchase. Thus, return of products purchased because of sizing issues will NOT be possible.
III. REFUNDS
1. We work with a team of trusted courier partners. In the unlikely event that a product is misplaced or lost in transit, we will refund the purchase price of products that you have bought from us, either via our payment gateway provider or by direct bank transfer from our Company account to your bank account.
2. Please note that in instances where an outdated or incomplete delivery address is provided, or an address is provided with a P.O. Box Number, or where there have been 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner, or when the product is refused by the recipient upon delivery, no refunds of the purchase price will be possible.
3. In the event of a product/s having been approved for return on account of the product/s being incorrect/broken/damaged, refunds will be processed either via our payment gateway provider or by direct bank transfer from our Company account to your bank account once the goods approved for return are received with the original packaging and tags, in an unused, unworn and sellable condition.
IV. CANCELLATION
1. An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of it being placed on the website. In order to cancel an order placed within this 12 hour period, please send a cancellation request, by emailing us at [email protected] along with the order number.
2. Any cancellation request made after 12 hours have elapsed from the time of placing the order will be considered invalid and will not be honoured.
3. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged or payment has been taken from you by other means, the said amount will be refunded.
